• How do I make a reservation?

  Just select a date on your chosen tour's detail page and fill out the reservation form — our team will get in touch with you shortly.

• When do I pay?

  For most of our tours, payment is made on the day of the tour, in cash or by card. Some special tours may require a deposit, which will be noted on that tour's detail page.

• Can I cancel or change my booking?

  You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date.

• Do I need an account to book?

  No. You can book without signing up, with just your name and contact details. If you like, you can create an account to see all your bookings in one place.

• How do I know my booking is confirmed?

  After you send the form, the booking details are e-mailed to you. The booking is final once our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail and confirms it.

• Which tours require a prepayment?

  Most tours need no prepayment; you pay on the day of the tour. Where a prepayment is needed, the tour page says so and shows its percentage, and we send you the payment details after you book. The "No prepayment" filter in the tour list shows only tours without one.

• Is hotel pick-up included?

  Many tours include pick-up from and drop-off at your hotel; each tour page says whether it does. The pick-up time depends on the area of your hotel and is sent to you with the booking confirmation.

• Are there tours with a Russian-speaking guide?

  Yes. Every tour page lists the languages the guide speaks, and the "Guide language" filter in the tour list lets you pick tours with a Russian, English or Turkish-speaking guide.

• Can we join with children?

  Most tours welcome children. Many have a reduced child price for ages 4-11, and tours with a minimum age say so on their page. Use the "Suitable for children" filter in the tour list.

• In which currency are the prices?

  Use the currency switcher at the top of the site to see prices in Turkish lira, euro, US dollars or roubles. Tour prices are per person unless stated otherwise; private boats and private tours are priced for the group.

• Can I book a private tour or a private boat?

  Yes. On private tours and yacht rentals the vehicle or boat is reserved for your group only; the price is worked out on the tour page from the time slot and the number of people you choose. Yachts are listed under "Boats".

• Do you offer airport transfers?

  Yes. In the "Transfers" section you can book a transfer between the airport and your hotel online, just like a tour.

• Where do you run tours?

  In Turkey we offer tours in Fethiye, Oludeniz, Marmaris, Bodrum, Kusadasi and Cappadocia, and in Thailand in Phuket and Pattaya. All destinations are on the "Cities" page.

• How can I contact you?
