We will pick you up from the main entrance • If your hotel is large, we do not enter it. We can pick you up from the hotel's main entrance where the security and barrier are located. • If your hotel is a boutique hotel, we can also pick you up from the main entrance. You can wait at the reception, which is close to the main entrance.
The vehicle's make and plate number will be known early in the morning; the driver or guide waiting for you will call out your name and the tour you are booked on.
