We will inform you of the exact time we will pick you up. Pick-up times from hotels: • Morning at 09:00 or 09:30. Club & Hotel Letoonia – 09.30-09.40 (from the pier) • Evening at 16:00. Club & Hotel Letoonia – 16.40-16.45 (from the pier) as the yachts can also run sunset tours.
We will pick you up from the main entrance • If your hotel is large, we do not enter it. We can pick you up from the hotel's main entrance where the security and barrier are located. • If your hotel is a boutique hotel, we can also pick you up from the main entrance. You can wait at the reception, which is close to the main entrance.
The vehicle's make and plate number will be known early in the morning; the driver or guide waiting for you will call out your name and the tour you are booked on.
