We will inform you of the exact pickup time in advance. Hotel pickup times: • In the morning at 09:00 or 09:30. • In the afternoon at 16:00. This way, the yachts can still carry out sunset tours.

We will pick you up from the main entrance of your hotel. • If your hotel is a large one, we do not enter the premises. We can pick you up at the main entrance where the security and barrier are located. • If your hotel is a boutique one, we can also pick you up from the main entrance. You can wait at the reception, which is not far from the main entrance.

The vehicle's make and plate number will be confirmed early in the morning; a driver or guide will be waiting for you, calling out your name and the tour you are booked on.

If you want to celebrate a birthday or another special occasion, please let us know in advance, and we will decorate the yacht for you, as well as arrange a cake or flowers if you wish. An additional fee applies for this service.

This yacht has speakers. You can connect via Bluetooth and enjoy the beautiful scenery with your own music =)
