Step through the movie screen and into a splash-filled adventure. Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, just outside Pattaya, first opened in 2014 as a Cartoon Network park and was reimagined by Columbia Pictures in 2022, making it one of the most technologically advanced water parks in Thailand.
Its roughly 16 acres are divided into 10 themed zones inspired by blockbusters such as Hotel Transylvania, Jumanji, Zombieland, Bad Boys, The Emoji Movie and Ghostbusters. Expect free-fall capsules, pitch-dark tunnels, multi-lane racing slides and steep near-vertical drops.
Prefer a slower pace? Float in the giant wave pool with its waterfall, try your balance in the Surf Arena with its artificial waves, or let the little ones loose in the kids' area packed with more than 150 water features. Cafes and restaurants serving Thai and European dishes are spread across the park.
