No experience is needed for horseback riding in Ölüdeniz – our instructors will show and explain everything in detail and accompany you throughout the trip. Children can ride their own horses as long as a parent joins the tour.
Depending on your scheduled tour time, a comfortable vehicle will pick you up from your hotel. The transfer will take you a short distance to the location of the horse ranch. Once you arrive, you'll meet the instructors. Professional riding instructors will give an interesting and important briefing containing useful information about your upcoming experience.
The instructors will also explain everything you need to know about riding and controlling a horse. In addition, they'll show you how to approach a horse and how to behave around it. Finally, the instructors will demonstrate and brief you on basic safety procedures and how to use protective equipment. So if this is your first horseback riding experience, there's nothing to worry about. It's worth noting that the horses are extremely well-trained and very friendly, especially with children. In other words, you have the chance to ride up into the mountains from Ölüdeniz and enjoy breathtaking views, or to wander through the highly unusual abandoned ghost town of Kayaköy.
