South of Pattaya, off the coast of Sattahip, lies a protected marine area with some of the healthiest coral reefs in the Gulf of Thailand. Local divers love these waters, and they make a perfect escape from the busy island runs closer to the city.
This trip runs in a small group of no more than 12 people. A speedboat takes you to three different islands, where you spend around three hours snorkeling over reefs and through an anemone garden full of clownfish and other tropical species. A professional crew guides you in the water and takes underwater photos of you along the way.
The afternoon is reserved for Nang Ram, the so-called dancing girl beach, with white sand, clear water and four relaxed hours to swim and unwind.
