Four Thai provinces, one weekend and plenty of surprises: this two-day journey takes you through Ayutthaya, Lopburi, Chai Nat and Uthai Thani, far from the beach crowds. Expect close encounters with lions, a huge bird park where iguanas roam freely, a mirror temple and castle, and trees that have stood for centuries.
The overnight stay is at the 5-star Avatar spa hotel set in a green valley. Unwind with a nap in the salt cave, a swim in the pools or an optional massage before heading out to the caves and temples of Avatar Valley and the famous monkey town of Lopburi.
The tour runs by minibus. Child tickets apply to ages 3-12 under 130 cm; children under 3 without their own seat travel free. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused. Your names as in your passport are needed for insurance.
